Yaa Kudom has over 19 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. From 2001 to 2007, they worked at Ford Credit in various roles, including Credit Manager (Commercial Risk), Premier Automotive Group Pricing Coordinator, and Consumer Brands Financial Analyst. Yaa also held the role of Graduate Management Trainee. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Credit Manager at Charity Bank, where they developed and launched the first Excel-based reporting tool to enable senior management and Non-Executive Directors to analyse a loan portfolio of 300 accounts. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Credit Controller at Charity Bank, where they successfully managed the credit function, resulting in a 20% growth in the bank's gross loan book. In 2014, they were promoted to Regional Manager (South East England) and was responsible for developing Charity Bank's presence in the region. Yaa managed a £7 million client portfolio and achieved a £3 million growth target for new loans within the region.
Yaa Kudom attended Loughborough University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a BSc Hons in Economics with Accounting.
