Christina Tineo

Christina Tineo has extensive experience in the field of people and culture. Christina is currently employed at charity: water as the Vice President of People, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to their current position, Tineo worked at charity: water as the Director of People and Culture from February 2020 to February 2022, and as the Head of People and Culture from February 2019 to February 2020.

Before joining charity: water, Tineo held the role of VP of People & Culture at U.S. Hunger (Feeding Children Everywhere) from March 2013 to February 2019. During their tenure, they played an integral role in building a robust recruitment program and implementing engaging training programs.

Tineo's previous experience includes working as an Operations Manager at TSC Solutions from May 2010 to August 2011, where they reorganized departments and implemented various training programs. Christina also worked as a Regional Manager at Teen Mania Ministries International from August 2007 to May 2010, where they oversaw sales and promotions for multiple regions and managed teams.

Prior to that, Tineo worked as a Recruiter at About Orlando Market Research from May 2006 to May 2007.

Christina Tineo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2006 to 2013. In addition, they earned a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
