Alessandra Ferrara

Alessandra Ferrara has work experience in various HR roles. Alessandra is currently the Head of People at CharityStars since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Saipem from September 2019 to May 2022, where they held the position of HR Corporate Recruitment & Employer Branding. Before joining Saipem, Alessandra worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from February 2018 to July 2019 as a Junior HR Recruiter and from February 2018 to December 2018 as an HR Strategic Sourcing Trainee.

Alessandra Ferrara completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in International Management at the University of Essex from 2016 to 2017.
