Alessandro Ferrari Aggradi began their work experience in 2021 as a Consulente at MB Consulting S.R.L., where they worked until August 2021. In 2022, they joined AC Milan as a Partnerships Account Intern, a role they held until 2023. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager - Sport at CharityStars.

Alessandro Ferrari Aggradi obtained a Master's degree in Sport Business Management from 24ORE Business School, which they attended from 2021 to 2023. Before their Master's degree, they completed their undergraduate studies at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Management. Prior to their university education, Alessandro attended Liceo Scientifico Don Gnocchi and received a high school diploma in the scientific field. In addition to their formal education, they also have obtained certifications, including an English Course Certificate - Advanced Level from Kings College Boston and a First Certificate in English from Cambridge Assessment English.
