Shana Wang

Shana Wang currently serves as a Program Officer for Education Grantmaking at Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies. Prior to this role, Shana was a Senior Finance Business Partner at Panorama Education, where focus was on enhancing student outcomes through data analysis in K-12 education. Shana's career at District of Columbia Public Schools included positions as Director and Specialist in Budget Strategy, as well as Coordinator for School Design and Innovation. Shana's experience also encompasses time as an Associate at Education Resource Strategies, which is dedicated to resource optimization for equitable education, and as a Fellow with Education Pioneers, aimed at supporting career growth while promoting educational equity. Shana holds a Master of Education in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Certificate in Education Finance from Georgetown University.
