Hazael Mengesha

Hazael Mengesha is currently an Associate at Charles Aris Executive Search since April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Student Body President at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from October 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the Student Government Association and advocating for student experiences. Hazael also held the position of Member of the Board of Trustees, focusing on accessible and equitable higher education for all students. As Vice President, presiding over the Student Senate, leadership was demonstrated through collaboration and representation of the student body. Hazael's involvement included co-chairing the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity Committee as a Sophomore Senator. Hazael holds a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completed in 2023. Education prior to university was completed at Enloe High School from 2015 to 2019.
