Julia Opaleski

Julia Opaleski serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Charles Aris Executive Search since June 2016, where additional roles include Director of the Consumer Retail & Hospitality Strategy Practice, Associate Practice Leader for the Consumer & Retail Strategy Practice, Senior Associate, and Associate. Julia is also a Board Member for Friends of the Tampa Bay National Wildlife Refuges, contributing to land and wildlife conservation efforts. Previous experience includes a role as Lake Attendant for the City of Greensboro and serving as Campus Visit Coordinator at Guilford College. Julia Opaleski earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science and Psychology from Guilford College in 2016.
