Mariana S. possesses extensive experience in food safety and quality control, currently working at Charles Chocolates since October 2016. Prior to this role, Mariana served as a Food Technologist and R&D professional at Pobeda JSC from August 2005 to September 2014, where responsibilities included formulating new products, coordinating process adaptations, conducting production testing, and performing laboratory analyses.
