Jasmine Proctor

Jasmine Proctor, MA, currently serves as the Gifted Education and Testing Coordinator, Elementary Summer Boost Program Coordinator, and Special Education Case Manager at Charles County Public Schools since August 2020. Proctor has a strong track record of delivering and modifying curriculum for diverse learners, enhancing stakeholder engagement through strategic communication, and analyzing curriculum efficacy across online and in-person settings.
