Matthew Bowie

Matthew Bowie is an experienced crime analyst and civilian planner at Charles County Sheriff's Office, where employment commenced in November 2020. Prior to this role, employment at Lycoming College included responsibilities as a student assistant for Criminal Justice Department faculty member Dr. Justin Lopez-Medina, as well as serving as a student subject tutor for criminal justice courses. Matthew's tutoring focused on assisting students with exam preparation, capstone projects, and study habits. Additional experience includes serving as a band stage manager at Lycoming College and working as a retail sales assistant at Five Below. Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Lycoming College in 2020 and completed secondary education at North Point High School.
