Prof Heather Malcolm

Course Coordinator Physiotherapy at Charles Darwin University

Prof. Heather Malcolm currently serves as the Course Coordinator for Physiotherapy and an Adjunct Professor at Charles Darwin University since January 2020. With extensive experience in the field, Prof. Malcolm has held multiple roles at the Australian Physiotherapy Council, including Accreditator and Director, since 2009. As a long-standing member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association since January 1985, Prof Heather is recognized as an APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist. Prof. Malcolm's prior experience includes various leadership positions at NT Health, encompassing Chief Allied Health Officer and Functional Lead for the Virtual Care Program, concluding in March 2023. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Science in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and a degree in Applied Science, Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia.
