Rachel Chamberlain

Rachel Chamberlain is an experienced education professional with a robust background in transition and retention strategies within higher education. Currently serving as Associate Director for Transition and Retention at Charles Darwin University since March 2023, Rachel has previously held positions including Head of College at UP Education and Head of Studies for English at Monash College. Rachel's tenure at Monash College included significant roles in education strategy, curriculum management, and the establishment of a Learning Skills Program, focusing on improving academic outcomes for diverse student cohorts. Rachel's academic qualifications include a Master of Education from Monash University and a Bachelor of Social Science with Honours from RMIT University, complemented by a CELTA certification.
