John Tacker ESQ (SPHR) MENSA has a diverse work experience. John has worked as a Contracted Labor Attorney for various organizations, including AES Sacramento and Strategic SG in Dallas Texas. John has also served as the On Call Corporate General Counsel for Charles F. Day & Associates LLC. John has been a member of the United States Concealed Carry Association Attorney Referral List and has served on the board of directors for Intelligent Data Discovery IDD and IDD-SST. Additionally, they have been a professor of Business and Business Law at St. Ambrose University, Muscatine Community College, and Scott Community College. Most recently, they have been working on various part-time jobs. John is currently employed as a Village Attorney and Corporate Counsel for the Village of Hilldale in Illinois. John Tacker started their career as an Attorney at John A. Tacker and Associates LLC.

John Tacker ESQ (SPHR) MENSA has an extensive education history. John obtained an LLB/JD in Law from Northwestern California University School of Law from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they earned two LLM degrees, one in Human Rights and another in Intercultural Human Rights, from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, completing them in 2005 and 2006 respectively.

Prior to their legal education, they pursued an MBA in Business from St. Ambrose University, graduating in 2001. John also holds a Graduate Certificate in Labor Relations from the University of Michigan, which they completed from 1985 to 1987.

John began their education journey by earning a BS in Computer Science Software Engineering/Business from MaryCrest College, where they studied from 1972 to 1985. Before that, they obtained an AAS degree in Business/Labor Relations from Black Hawk Community College, which they finished in 1981.
