Grayson Avery

Grayson Avery, LEED AP BDC, currently serves as the Vice President and Regional Manager for the North Florida Region at Charles Perry Partners, Inc., a position held since June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Preconstruction and Senior Project Manager at Stellar from March 2017 until June 2023, and Project Manager at Miller Electric Company from October 2014 to March 2017. Grayson also held a Senior Project Manager position at Stellar from December 2005 to October 2014, and worked as Assistant Construction Manager at East West Communities and Assistant Project Manager at SEDA Construction Company early in the career. Grayson holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Leo University, along with coursework towards a Bachelor's in Building Construction from the University of North Florida and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from St. Johns River State College.
