Kevin Bradford

Kevin Bradford is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Associate Vice President at Scorpio since April 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin has held various significant positions at Charles Perry Partners, Inc. as Director of Preconstruction and Sr. Preconstruction Manager since March 2022. Kevin's prior experience includes serving as Preconstruction Manager and Estimator at Wharton-Smith, Inc. from January 2018 to March 2022. Earlier in Kevin's career, roles included Project Estimator, Estimating Coordinator, and Estimator Co-op at The Douglas Company from December 2016 to January 2018, as well as a Structural Engineer at Structural Concepts & Design from November 2014 to December 2016. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, completed between 2014 and 2016.
