Ralph Pressley

Ralph Pressley has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Ralph started their career as a CFO at Southern Materials Inc. from 1984 to 1986. Ralph then worked as a CFO for Great American Holding Co Inc., where they strategically managed banking relationships and grew a Burger King franchise. From 1992 to 1997, they served as a Corporate Analyst at O'Neil Management Services, Inc., developing budgets and strategic plans.

Ralph then transitioned to the role of CFO/Acquisition Financial Leadership at WenSouth/Progressive Restaurants from 1997 to 1999. Ralph later joined Kwik King Food Stores, Inc., where they served as CFO/Corporate Treasurer and Secretary/Partner. In this role, they raised funds for acquisitions, reduced theft, increased cash flow and profitability, and leveraged vendors to reduce pricing.

From 1999 to 2008, Ralph worked at Kwik King Food Stores, Inc. with responsibilities including reducing accounting staff and closing schedules, negotiating direct payroll deposits, and using daily operational reporting and economic modeling. Ralph then served as Publisher at Hometown Publishing (Gainesville Today lifestyle magazine) from 2009 to 2011.

Ralph went on to work at MARATHON EQUITY, LLC as a Director and later as CFO/Principal from 2006 to 2015. Ralph then joined CSuite Financial Partners as a Partner, providing executive financial talent to companies across industries. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Charles Perry Partners, Inc., a general contracting and construction management firm.

Ralph Pressley attended Western Carolina University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. After completing their undergraduate degree, they went on to pursue further studies at the University of North Carolina Asheville. Here, Ralph engaged in MBA-level studies with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ralph Pressley obtained certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants in March 1988.
