Alexander Gee

Alexander Gee has a diverse work experience that includes roles in academia and industry. Alexander started as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1994 and then progressed to positions such as Research Fellow and Senior Scientist. In 2000, they co-founded AnVil, Inc., where they served as an Informatics Scientist. Later, they joined the University of Massachusetts Lowell as an Adjunct Professor and Senior Scientist & Post-Doctoral Research Fellow. In 2008, Alexander moved to Charles River Analytics as a Senior Software Engineer before becoming a Principal Software Engineer in 2018. Throughout their career, they have managed various projects, led teams, and contributed to the development of innovative products.

Alexander Gee earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Architecture from St. Petersburg College in 1991. Alexander then completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from Northern Arizona University in 1994. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1996, and subsequently a Doctor of Science (ScD) in Computer Science from the same institution in 2004.
