Tsedenia Kiros has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Tsedenia began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Designer at Tahari, ASL, where they worked until 2006. Tsedenia then joined Dennis Basso as an Associate Designer from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Tsedenia joined Converse as a Designer and left in 2010. Tsedenia then worked as a Senior Designer at Greg Norman Collection from 2010 to 2013. Currently, Tsedenia is the Director of Design at Charles River Apparel, a position they have held since 2014.

Tsedenia Kiros earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a concentration in Microbiology from Virginia Tech. Tsedenia attended Virginia Tech from 1994 to 1998. Tsedenia later pursued their passion for fashion design and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in International Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2007.
