Amy Aukstikalnis

Amy Aukstikalnis serves as Vice President at Charles River Associates since March 2022, providing expert analysis and advisory services for complex labor and employment disputes. Prior to this role, Amy was a Principal at Welch Consulting from April 1997 to February 2022, specializing in economic research and analysis in labor and employment issues. Additionally, Amy held positions as a Senior Economist and Economist for the City of Santa Monica between September 2013 and August 2015, as well as serving as a Housing Commissioner. Academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Labor Economics and Applied Econometrics, an MBA, and a B.B.A. in Marketing, all earned from the University of Houston.
