Daniel McGavock

Daniel McGavock serves as the Vice President and Intellectual Property Practice Leader at Charles River Associates since April 2004. McGavock has held various leadership roles, including Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from June 2014 to May 2018, and served as Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee and Compliance Officer for Licensing Executives Society International from 2004 to 2006. Previous positions include Managing Director, President, and Board Member at InteCap, Inc. from 1999 to 2004, and founding Chairman of the Financial Markets Committee at Licensing Executives Society (U.S.A. and Canada), Inc. from 1998 to 2000. McGavock co-founded IPC Group LLC in 1988, held various chairmanship roles within different committees at Licensing Executives Society, and served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. McGavock earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 1980 and 1984.
