Andrea Susi, PharmD, Rph, has extensive experience in the pharmacy profession, currently serving as a Pharmacist at Charles River Community Health since January 2023. Previously, Andrea worked at MedMinder from June 2021 to March 2022 and held the position of Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens from April 2020 to June 2021, as well as CVS Health for a brief period in 2018. Andrea's tenure at Walgreens also included a role as Pharmacy Manager and District Pharmacist from July 2013 to February 2018. Significant achievements include improving patient satisfaction analytics from 55% to 85% in six months through relationship-building with patients and caregivers.
