Marioly Soto

Marioly Soto has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marioly began their career at Emmanuel College Health Services as a Medical Administrative Assistant, where they coordinated office hours, managed student health records, and provided mediation for conflicts. Following this, they joined JVS Boston as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, where they handled various administrative tasks such as managing calendars and data entry. Marioly then transitioned to the role of Welcome Center Administrator, collaborating with executives and directors to improve operational procedures and providing excellent customer service. Their final role at JVS Boston was as an HR Administrator, where they interviewed candidates, conducted onboarding, and oversaw staff and volunteers. Currently, Marioly Soto is working at Charles River Community Health as a Manager of Payroll & Benefits, and later transitioned to the role of Associate Director of Human Resources.

Marioly Soto pursued their education between the years 2012-2014 at Roxbury Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Psychology.
