George Merritt

George Merritt, CAIA, currently serves as the VP of Solution Engineering for Private Markets at Charles River Development since February 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Strategic Program Management at Mercatus from January 2021 to April 2024, and various positions at FIS from October 2014 to December 2020, where responsibilities included developing tailored solutions for hedge fund and private equity clients and leading a team for client support. Prior to FIS, George worked as a Research Coordinator at Shands UF and completed a summer internship in Private Banking at Credit Suisse. George holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida, obtained in 2014.
