Lidia Bayus

Lidia Bayus serves as the Assistant Vice President of Global Sales Enablement at Charles River Development since May 2022. Prior to this role, Lidia held various positions at State Street from 2019 to 2022, including Officer, Alpha Implementation Analyst, where responsibilities included project management support and governance development for the Alpha investment servicing platform. Lidia has also contributed to senior leadership reporting and efficiency improvements across different teams as a Senior Associate in multiple capacities during a Professional Development Program. Earlier experience includes internships at GE Capital, focusing on commercial and finance support. Lidia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in International Business from Marist University, graduating Cum Laude.
