Jose Perez-Rosado, Ph.D., MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and microbiology within the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as Director of QC Microbiology & Sterility Assurance at Charles River Laboratories, Jose oversees critical activities related to sterile processes and biocontamination controls. Previous roles include Associate Director of Quality Control at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where management of Environmental Monitoring and Clean Utilities Monitoring Programs was key, and Senior Manager of Quality Assurance at Amgen, where leadership of a diverse team and the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives were pivotal.
