Matthew L. Daniel

Matthew L. Daniel joined Charles River in 2005 as Senior Corporate Counsel (M&A and Securities) and was named Deputy General Counsel in 2010. He was promoted to Corporate Vice President, Legal Compliance & Deputy General Counsel in 2011, and was named a Corporate Senior Vice President in 2017. Among other responsibilities, Mr. Daniel has oversight for global legal compliance, securities disclosures, corporate governance, and the legal aspects of our acquisitions and divestitures.
