Norman Clarke

Norman Clarke is an experienced professional with a background in training, compliance, and behavior therapy. Currently serving as the Training and Compliance Coordinator at Charles River Laboratories since April 2022, Norman leads onboarding programs for new hires and maintains technical qualifications for staff evaluation and certification. Previous roles include Senior Technologist/Team Lead, where responsibilities included coordinating activities and ensuring adherence to departmental policies, and Animal Care Technician 2, responsible for animal welfare and housing. Additionally, Norman contributed as a Registered Behavior Technician 2 at ABS Kids, delivering ABA therapy and supporting behavior programming under a BCBA's supervision. Prior experience also encompasses the role of Assistant Director of Residential Services at The Center for Family Support Inc., providing management oversight and compliance reporting. Norman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Le Moyne College (2009-2013).
