Samira Amini

Samira Amini, CPA, currently serves as the Corporate Vice President and Global RMS Divisional CFO at Charles River Laboratories since August 2023. Prior to this role, Samira held positions at Quanterix as SVP and Chief of Staff to the CEO focused on Transformation and Strategy from October 2021 to June 2023, and served as SVP and CFO of the Specialist RF Unit as well as VP and CFO of Herley Electronics at Ultra Electronics Group from November 2017 to October 2021. Samira's experience also includes significant roles at Parexel, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Director, Global Head of Commercial Finance to Global Finance Director for Clinical Research Operations, and various finance positions at General Dynamics. Early in the career, Samira worked at LGA, LLP as an Experienced Accountant and owned Select Reality Group as General Accountant. Academic achievements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting and Economics and a Master's of Business Degree in Accounting and Finance, both from UMass Boston.
