Currently serving as CEO and Managing Partner at Velocity Development Group, LLC, since January 2021, Baldwin focuses on multi-unit residential and mixed-use opportunities in the Tampa Bay area. In addition to this role, Baldwin is the Principal at Velocity Capital Partners and holds multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of Business Development at Prisoner Transportation Services, LLC, and Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Baldwin's entrepreneurial spirit is evident through the co-founding of Smoked Fashioned Co., a veteran-owned business dedicated to quality smoked cocktail kits, and a commitment to supporting disabled veterans.
