Daniel Likens

Daniel Likens has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as Lieutenant Colonel and Assistant Deputy Director with the Illinois State Police since March 1997. Daniel's career progression includes roles such as Major in the Division of Criminal Investigations, Captain as Zone 1 Commander, and various leadership positions focusing on narcotics and violent crimes. Additionally, Daniel has a background in real estate, serving as a Sales Agent at Charles Rutenberg Realty since July 2009, after prior experience at Baird & Warner. Daniel began their law enforcement career at the Dupage County Sheriff's Office. Educational credentials include a BA in Management from Benedictine University and completion of the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University.
