Mark Zubek

Mark Zubek is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in property management and sales. Currently at Charles Rutenberg Realty Tampa Bay since February 2020, Mark specializes in assisting buyers, sellers, and investors, with a focus on long-term and vacation rental management. Prior experience includes a role in sales and management at Area Wide Door and Window, as well as serving as office manager at Coldwell Banker Sun Vista Realty, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing daily operations and managing a significant portfolio of vacation and annual rentals. Mark co-owned Home Rentals & Realty, which grew from ten to over one hundred properties, and operated a property management and maintenance business called Rescue Company. Early career experience includes a role as Jr. Estimator/Project Manager at Kimmins Contracting Corp. Mark Zubek holds an AAS in Construction/Civil Technologies from Erie Community College and additional educational credentials from Alfred State College and the Bob Hogue Real Estate School.
