Doug Osborne

Doug Osborne, CISM, currently serves as the Technical Director of Information Security Risk Management at Charles Schwab, overseeing the Identity and Access Management program since April 2017. Previously, Doug held roles at Lowe's Home Improvement from 1996 to 2016, culminating as Senior IT Security Manager, where responsibilities included managing a $26M budget and a team of 29 to upgrade IAM capabilities. Doug's tenure at Lowe's also featured creating a compliance team for SOX and PCI, automating security compliance checks, and leading data center relocation projects. An Appalachian State University alumnus, Doug earned a BSBA in Computer Information Systems and began a career in electronics engineering prior to their extensive IT security management experience.
