Jennifer Carpenter

Jennifer Carpenter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, legal technologies, and IT project management. Since June 2017, Jennifer has served as the Managing Director of Compliance & Legal Technologies at Charles Schwab. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent nearly two decades at First Data Corporation, where responsibilities included directing all program and project management for corporate-wide initiatives, overseeing software development and production support for the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS), and managing teams of developers for various projects. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University.
