Joanna Lamore

Joanna Lamore has extensive experience in product management, with a notable tenure at Charles Schwab from December 2006 to May 2020, where Joanna served as Product Leader for Retail onboarding, activation, and growth, and directed a Digital Accelerator team to drive digital transformation. During that time, Joanna also contributed as a Senior Product Manager, developing a firm-wide paperless strategy, and as a Senior Technical Project Manager, overseeing significant multi-year projects. Following their time at Charles Schwab, Joanna held the position of Senior Director of Product Development at GoodLeap LLC, where leadership of product managers and user experience designers focused on digital experiences for processing over $400 million in home improvement loans monthly. Joanna also gained experience as Senior Manager of Product Management at Kaiser Permanente, guiding care delivery and health engagement products. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara.
