Kathleen Gushoney

Kathleen Gushoney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Charles Schwab since October 2018, Kathleen has previously held significant positions, including VP/Regional Executive Director and Executive Director at the YMCA of the East Bay from 2013 to 2017 and 2008 to 2012, respectively. Earlier career highlights include serving as Associate Executive Director at YMCA of San Francisco from 2005 to 2008 and Assistant Director at Friendship House Association of American Indians, Inc. from 2000 to 2005. Kathleen Gushoney holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry/Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Dayton, along with a high school diploma from Weston High School.
