Katie Petty

Katie Petty is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in alternative investment operations and fund administration. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Alternative Investment Operations at Charles Schwab since July 2025, Katie oversees a team of 13 direct reports. Previously, as Director of Fund Accounting & Operations at Overlay Capital from August 2023 to February 2025, Katie managed fund accounting for early-stage investment entities and developed accounting policies in compliance with regulatory standards. At Gen II Fund Services, Katie held the position of Director from May 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and quality control for complex accounting structures. Katie's prior roles at Transamerica involved directing fund administration and regulatory reporting for over 100 registered funds, while earlier experience at Empower focused on financial reporting for mutual funds. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Adams State University.
