Kevin Skarbek is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in order routing, relationship management, and market structure. Currently serving as Managing Director at Charles Schwab since August 2025, Kevin leads initiatives in these critical areas. Prior to this role, Kevin was the Head NMS equity trader at Susquehanna International Group from February 2014 to September 2025. Kevin holds a degree from the W. P.
