Rachel O'Neill

Rachel O'Neill (Latal), CPA, CIA, is a seasoned professional in operational resilience and risk management, currently serving as Director at Charles Schwab since June 2021, where Rachel developed the Operational Resilience Program Office and oversees crisis management and business continuity within Technology Risk Management. Previously, Rachel held leadership roles at TD Ameritrade, including Senior Manager of Enterprise Continuity Management and Chief of Staff to the Chief Risk Officer, following her tenure at Scottrade as Assistant Vice President Brokerage Internal Audit. Rachel's career began at BKD, LLP as a Staff Auditor and included a role as Audit Senior at Deloitte. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Truman State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the same institution, along with a Women’s Leadership Certification from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
