Rama Giridaran

Rama Giridaran is an accomplished Quality Assurance Lead at Charles Schwab since June 2014, overseeing both offshore and onshore QA teams to ensure high-quality and timely project deliveries. Expertise includes managing multiple agile projects, implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to enhance processes, and conducting hands-on exploratory testing for comprehensive test coverage.
