Rudra Panda

Rudra Panda is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Charles Schwab since January 2022. Rudra oversees multiple software development teams, focusing on the implementation of authentication solutions and architecture for Online Security Solutions, while ensuring application reliability and compliance. Prior to this role, Rudra held significant positions at Target, including Senior Engineering Manager for Cyber Solutions and Senior Engineering Manager for Application Development, where contributions included the creation of innovative software products and cyber preventive solutions.
