Philip Norman-Butler

Philip Norman-Butler's work experience began in 2002 at Bloomberg, where they worked as an Analyst until 2006. In 2006, they joined Charles Stanley & Co. Limited as a Senior Investment Manager, specializing in managing private clients, charities, and trusts on a discretionary basis. Philip also worked with Intermediaries to help them build their business through a Discretionary Fund Management (DFM) offering. In 2009, they created Enigma Software, which reduced the time brokers took to create client reviews while making them more accurate, compliant, and relevant. This concept was further developed by a Nasdaq listed company and rolled out to Charles Stanley & Co. for the benefit of all staff.
