Kim McDonald juggles several roles at the Foundation. In addition to serving as lead receptionist, she assists Executive Office staff, orders supplies and helps process grant requests. The Michigan native joined the Foundation in 2001 after holding secretarial jobs at Baker College campuses in Muskegon and Flint, and at Muskegon-based Gospel Films. She also worked as a buyer for a floor machine company and was a teacher’s aide at Fruitport Community Schools. A graduate of Baker College of Muskegon, where she earned an associate degree in office administration, McDonald is active in the Flint community. She volunteers for Bikes on the Bricks, Back to the Bricks, and the Sloan Auto Fair. She also volunteers with Pink Night, a fundraiser for breast cancer awareness that she helped establish.
