Eric Tilton has been working in the health care industry since 2011. eric began their career at Upstate Cerebral Palsy as an ICF Coordinator and Behavior Specialist Assistant in 2011. In 2016, they moved to The House of the Good Shepherd as an Assistant Director, and to Gan Kavod as a Director. In 2018, they joined Sitrin Health Care Center Gan Kavod as an Assistant Program Director.

Eric Tilton attended SUNY Polytechnic Institute from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
