Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for the South West at Charles Wilson Plant Hire since April 2024, Alastair previously held key positions at Ardent Hire Solutions Ltd, including Depot Manager and Maintenance Manager from December 2016 to April 2024, where a strong focus was placed on customer satisfaction and depot organization. Alastair's career began as an Apprentice Plant Mechanic at Hewden from September 2006 to December 2011, followed by a role as a Plant Engineer at GAP Group Limited. Education includes an NVQ Level 3 in Plant Mechanics and a City and Guilds qualification in Plant Maintenance, both obtained at Lackham College in Wiltshire. Alastair is also qualified in LOLER and IOSH.
