Darren Norfolk is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in executive advisory roles, board governance, and transformation strategies for both publicly-listed and private equity-backed companies. Currently serving as an Advisor at ProsperOps and as an Executive Advisor at Charlesbank Capital Partners, Darren has also held significant positions such as Chairperson of the Board and Non-Executive Director at Six Degrees, and Chief Executive Officer at Ciao Consulting Ltd. Previously, Darren was the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Clario, and held various leadership positions at Rackspace for over a decade, including EMEA Managing Director. With a strong background in finance, operations, and customer experience, Darren is dedicated to driving growth, optimizing business performance, and fostering leadership development. Darren holds a degree in ACCA as a Chartered Accountant from Farnborough Tech.
