Caitlin joined Charlesbank in 2016 from The Boston Consulting Group, where she was a consultant focused on technology, media and financial services clients. She left in 2018 to pursue her MBA and returned in 2020.
Raised in the Chicago area, Caitlin now lives in Greenwich, CT, with her family. In her free time, she is an avid runner and non-fiction reader. Caitlin also serves as co-chair of the Women’s Association of Venture & Equity’s New York Steering Committee.
