Michael McGuire

Mike McGuire is a Principal at Charlesbank Capital Partners, with a career spanning over a decade in private equity. Since joining Charlesbank in 2013, Mike has advanced from Associate to Senior Vice President, ultimately becoming a Principal in July 2018. Prior experience includes roles at The Parthenon Group, where Mike served as Principal and Senior Associate, and a brief stint as a Summer Associate. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, earned in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Art History from Williams College, completed in 2010. Mike began formal education at Delbarton School, graduating in 2006.
