Nicole Wei

Nicole Wei is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment and consulting roles. Currently serving as Vice President at Charlesbank Capital Partners since August 2021, Nicole has progressed through multiple positions within the firm, including Senior Associate and Associate. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from October 2018 to August 2021. Nicole also gained valuable experience as a BOLD Finance Intern at Google in summer 2017, an Integrated Supply and Trading Finance Intern at BP in summer 2016, and a Summer Analyst Intern at Web Education Group in summer 2015. Nicole Wei holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by participation in the Hoeft Technology and Management Program.
