Shira Goodman

Shira Goodman is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Onward! since September 2023, Shira supports purpose-driven leaders in achieving their goals. An Advisory Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners since January 2019, Shira is involved with the firm's Portfolio Resource Group and holds board positions at several companies, including Lead Independent Director at CBRE and board member roles at Box Packaging Partners, Polyconcept, Reef, and CarMax.
