Valerie Gaviria

Val joined Charlesbank in 2022 from Great Hill Partners, where she worked for three years. Most recently she served as a senior finance associate responsible for the operating and reporting of their private equity funds and co-investment vehicles. Prior to that role, she was a senior associate in assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for two years and a technical recruiter at TEKsystems after graduating college.

Raised in the Boston area, Val now resides in Sharon with her fiancé and dog. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
